Responsibilities
The financial planning coach plays a pivotal role in empowering new entrants(NE) with essential skills and knowledge, ensuring a seamless assimilation into the role.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Facilitate comprehensive orientation for NEs, ensuring a thorough understanding of the bank's systems and processes to promote operational efficiency.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of NEs, meticulously ensuring the attainment of prescribed activity levels in alignment with organizational standards.
Utilize the Data-Driven Operating Model (DDOM) to identify performance gaps among NEs and implement targeted training programs focused on enhancing financial planning engagement strategies to effectively engage customers.
Cultivate a culture of risk awareness, continuous learning, and high performance among NEs through strategic motivation, training initiatives, and the development of tailored onboarding programs.
Conduct product training for new entrants
Collaborate with team head to collectively ensure NEs achieve desired performance standards
Requirements
Proven experience in financial planning related fields, preferably with coaching / management experience
Strong understanding of advisory techniques, processes, and strategies.
Analytical mindset to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Results-driven approach with a track record of improving skills and performance.
Flexibility to adapt coaching methods to suit individual team members.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff and has relevant experience in development of high-performing wealth planning managers
Preferably with CMFAS Mod 5, 8, 9, CHI, AFP, AFC, CLU, ChFC, CFP qualifications would be an added advantage
