As part of their vision to build a diversified portfolio of high-quality, ethical private equity investments, they are looking to make additions to their Private Equity & Advisory teams in London. What the job involves
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, innovative and driven individual to work across both sides of the business. From the outset, you can expect to take a hands-on approach across private equity and advisory alongside experienced senior executives.
Managing multiple work streams, making impactful decisions with limited oversight
Supporting the fundraising and deal sourcing efforts of the fund
Helping the team execute capital raising and M&A advisory mandates
Who we are looking for
You have analyst/associate-level experience within investment banking, corporate finance, consulting or private equity
You have strong technical skills, strong commercial acumen and demonstrable knowledge of corporate finance, M&A, capital raising and/or private equity investing
You are a self-starter, who is proactive, resilient and a fast learner
You have a genuine interest in both investment and advisory
You will have strong academic credentials from a leading university
