Your key responsibilities:
The ESG Associate/Analyst will be based in Singapore and will report the Director of ESG for APAC and MEA. The ESG Associate/Analyst will operate with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Assist the ESG COE team in supporting transaction teams and clients in preparation of ESG transactions
Conduct company research and prepare information material on sustainability programs of companies, presenting them in client-ready power point presentations and or other formats as required for the engagement
Conduct research on relevant global standards for ESG-compliant transactions and associated metrics to measure, monitor and report on ESG impact
Conduct research on reputational risk issues associated with transactions with environmental, social and political sensitives
Support the development of internal expertise on ESG via knowledge acquisition and dissemination by managing knowledge repository and various internal platforms to establish knowledge database
Work with DB's communications team to support external communications vis-Ã -vis ESG credentials and experiences of DB
Work on financial models and economic models in the structuring of ESG transactions, including the selection of ESG KPIs and preparation of ESG impact/results frameworks
Assist the ESG COE team to coordinate any ESG related matters as appropriate
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 1 year relevant ESG sustainability programs experience
Highly motivated and excellent written and analytical skills
Excellent research skills, including experience using Refinitiv, Bloomberg and other ESG data platforms
Fully proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
An open mind and willingness to learn
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
