A Real Estate Investment firm are looking to hire a Financial Reporting Manager to manage the external and internal reporting for a £1bn portfolio as part of a listed business.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
Review and where required prepare reporting for the audited, quarterly group financial statements
Manage the year end accounts production process and audits for the Group's SPVs
Transaction support for asset / corporate acquisitions and disposals, bank financing etc
Ad hoc financial reporting for investors
Identify control gaps and recommend improvements to controls or documentation.
Work closely with and provide support and guidance to fund administrators regarding fund accounts, carry calculations and partner statements
The role is well suited to someone with around 1-3 years' post qualified experience either coming directly from Practice or someone who has gained some experience in a finance team after leaving Practice.
