Overview
As the Agency Securities Lending (ASL) Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing the Business across multiple sectors including Pension, Asset Managers, Insurance and Corporates in North America and will work with the Lead Salesperson to meet agreed sales and revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will generate detailed client leads and cultivate client relationships to generate sales opportunities. The Sales Specialist will work to develop deep understanding of the client need / product detail and Bank's capabilities with the aim of meeting client satisfaction expectations. The Sales Specialist will be conversant in relevant legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements and operate accordingly. The specialist will research and foster new client opportunities and build the necessary working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations staff - if applicable & to the degree that is commensurate with the Business area - to ensure effective end to end client / product delivery.

What You'll Do
Initiate new deal approval processes across the ASL platform engaging with all relevant teams both within ASL and the wider Deutsche Bank organization
Develop, maintain, and execute securities lending pipeline
Manage onboarding of all new clients, interfacing with legal, operations, trading, and other required areas
Attend industry conferences and remain up to date on changing industry practices through participation in industry groups
Design and deliver client presentations and marketing material
Respond to RFPs for new business and work with product to enhance responses
How You'll Lead
Provide executive level reporting to fulfill stakeholder requirements on progress against key criteria
Work stream management and coordination, working cross-functionally with various groups such as Subject Matter Experts, Legal Product, Technology, and Clients to launch new products or services both driving specific projects and supporting program directors in response to work stream development and demand
Skills You'll Need
Strong working knowledge of the securities lending and repo markets
Previous sales experience preferred
Experienced in reporting to senior management
Must have a keen eye for detail with a consistent focus on quality control and excellent verbal and written English and ability to tailor communication to various audiences. Other language skills preferable

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $130,000 to $200,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
