Applications that will be supported include but are not limited to: Citrix, VMware, Exchange, SCCM, Active Directory, and DNS. This person would be able to jump in and help keep the workload balanced.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 yoe with server side admin of at least one of the following: SCCM, VMware, Exchange, Active Directory, or Citrix
• 3 yoe administering Windows Servers
• Willingness to help with desktop support needs
• Troubleshooting skills to include application, system performance, and networking
• Positivity, and availability to support IT needs within the team
• Open to working off-hours, including nights or weekends occasionally

Desired:

• VMware ESXi/vCenter Administration
• Microsoft Active Directory and DNS
• Patch management
• Citrix infrastructure such as NetScalers, Delivery Controllers, etc.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell
• Microsoft exchange and troubleshooting email delivery issues
• Server hardware and data center hardware

Due to the nature of this position, it is 5 days a week on-site. This role is based in Austin, TX and is Full Time. No C2C or C2H.
