We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Access professional to join our team in leading & executing various events in the Healthcare sector. As a sector head in the Healthcare sector, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Your primary responsibility will be to connect institutional investors with senior executives and decision-makers in healthcare companies.
Global Corporate Access's mission is to bring institutional investors and corporate clients together in ways that add value for both parties. We aim to become a trusted source of information as we help companies gain access and insight to their shareholder base. Our services range from, though are not limited to: discussion around investor relations strategy and programs; shareholder base analysis and targeting; and strategic interactions with investors. We partner with various divisions of Goldman Sachs, including: Equity Sales, Equity Research, Investment Banking / ECM, and we serve as a company's point of connectivity to the equity markets when underwriting is not involved. Our services include planning non-deal road shows, field trips, and conferences. In addition, we also work with various institutional investors on customized trips to visit corporate managements.
Location: This role would be based in GS HQ in New York City ( 200 West Street ).
Responsibilities:
Partner with equity research and/or investment banking to identify healthcare companies that align with the investment strategies of institutional investors.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the healthcare industry, including executives, analysts, and industry experts.
Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and events where institutional investors can interact with healthcare company representatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze market intelligence, investor feedback, and industry trends to enhance the investor experience.
Act as a liaison between institutional investors and healthcare companies, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth interactions.
Understand and execute Firm prioritization strategy for driving revenue via meeting allocations; work directly with sales/sales trading to monetize.
While partnering with various internal teams, focus on sourcing additional events outside of the traditional corporate access pipeline.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the healthcare sector.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Prefer 4+ years of experience in corporate access, investor relations, investment banking, or a similar role within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies, particularly in relation to the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscape.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market research.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Demonstrated dependability and sense of urgency about getting results.
High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels.
Comfortable working in a sometimes hectic, high pressure environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Prefer SIE, 7, 63 exams.

Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
