We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Syndicated Loan Administrator II to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and will work a HYBRID schedule (3 days per week in-office required.)
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Manages the day-to-day servicing needs for a portfolio of syndicated loans.
Responsible for administering and servicing syndicated and/or participated loan activities, such as handling advances, payments, rate pricing, and fees.
Research and resolves loan related issues, handles complex client inquiries and requests, identifies, investigates and resolves escalated and/or complex problem loans.
Manage complex external client issues (on-going client servicing for various loan structures, resolving operational issues, and technology implementations)
Assist in communicating needs and issues with internal and external clients.
Use in-depth area knowledge to apply ingenuity and creativity to problems and determines more permanent resolutions.
Ability to read and interpret commercial loan agreements and legal documents, as necessary.
May allocate/coordinate work within a team/project, and employ subject matter and industry expertise within defined area (s)
Solve complex problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the loan system.
Provide technical assistance and operational support to junior level client processing roles.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
7-10 years of total work experience is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively across groups within the organization.
3-5 years of directly related experience with Syndicated loans and/or comparable commercial lending experience is required.
Experience with loan-based software Loan IQ strongly preferred.
Ability to lead, provide guidance and work under limited supervision.
