DB Global Technology, Inc., seeks an Associate in Cary, NC to support the production platform and company applications, including carrying out monitoring and remediation of issues and specific maintenance tasks as per the run book procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related quantitative field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience addressing all the technical and functional issues (L2 and L3) raised by the business users and data analysts; addressing root cause analysis of the data break issues using SQL, PLSQL, and Unix Code debugging; supporting software upgrade and maintenance release activities; raising Jira story to fix code bugs permanently; participating in daily Handover and stand-up meetings to discuss ongoing production issues and latest project progress; defining and creating Run Book entries and knowledge articles based on incidents experienced in the production environment; configuring alerts to check application infrastructure status; creating dashboards for application service performance monitoring; define logging process for high memory utilization and database connection failure to support the application failures; and in executing duties, utilizing UNIX and UNIX Scripting. Salary range: $120,661.00 - $140,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
