2025 OPERATIONS FULL-TIME ANALYST PROGRAM (BALTIMORE)
The Operations Division at Morgan Stanley is the front line of defense for the Firm's financial and operational well-being and works closely with almost all departments in order to safeguard the Firm's reputation and franchise. Operations partners with Sales & Trading, Finance, Legal, and Technology to execute the Firm's institutional, retail, and asset management businesses - via supporting and settling daily transactions, devising and implementing effective controls, developing strong client relationships, and engaging with its business partners to enable development of new structures, businesses, and markets.
Training Program:
â?¢ Opportunities to join in January or July of each year depending on your graduation date â?¢ An entry-level opportunity to learn about the Financial Services Industry and develop necessary professional competencies to be successful within Operations â?¢ A Full-Time Analyst Training Program, which includes a Firm orientation, followed by financial, technical, and professional skills training â?¢ Opportunities to develop your professional network through seminars with senior management, social and networking events, and mentorship. â?¢ Assisted mobility component, where Analysts may experience up to two distinct roles during the program
Role and Responsibilities:
â?¢ Collaborate across the various Ops teams to evaluate and reengineer processes to drive greater operational efficiency. â?¢ Partner with business units and technology to deliver exceptional service to our clients in the areas of trade capture, clearance and settlement, account opening, cash management, billing, tax reporting and fraud monitoring. â?¢ Partner with Technology to design, manage and implement business process changes to streamline processes, improve productivity and optimize operational efficiency. â?¢ Effectively identify and mitigate operational risk while ensuring continued compliance with global regulatory requirements â?¢ Establish and maintain effective client relationships in order to deliver world class operational services â?¢ Upon completion of training, analysts will be assigned to a team within Operations in accordance with business needs
Qualifications and Skills:
â?¢ Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 â?¢ Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating between December 2024 and June 2025 â?¢ Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills â?¢ Team player who can work in a collaborative environment â?¢ Attention to detail, exercise sound judgment and can handle sensitive information with discretion â?¢ Strong time management and multitasking skills and can handle multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadline â?¢ Problem solving skills and the ability to streamline processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment â?¢ Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get the job done â?¢ Proactive, motivated, and possess poise and self-confidence â?¢ All majors (disciplines) are encouraged to apply

Expected base pay rate for the role will be $58,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
