Position Overview: Our client is in need of an Associate with 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry to support their Capital and Risk Management efforts. This individual will play a crucial role in analyzing risks associated with catastrophic events and implementing strategies to optimize capital allocation and ensure financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Capital and Risk Management team to develop and execute capital management strategies.
Conduct quantitative analysis and modeling to assess the impact of catastrophic events on the company's portfolio and financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and perform risk assessments.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
Support the implementation and maintenance of risk management frameworks and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to capital management, risk assessment, or financial modeling.
