About our client
Established in early 2021, our client is an entrepreneurial fund focused on lower mid cap investments in fast-growing businesses in the DACH region with flexibility to pursue opportunities in adjacent countries (UK, BeNeLux, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe). Their investment focus revolves around four core themes: Healthy Living, Digital Transformation, Modern Consumer and Enabling Businesses.
The fund setup allows the firm to follow a broader than usual investment approach with regards to deal size, structure or investment horizon. The founding partners came together after gaining exceptional deal experience from top private equity firms. The team is now looking to hire up to two additional Associates as members of its investment team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team with flat hierarchy, quick decision making and encouragement for proactive involvement in growing the business. What the job involves

Supporting portfolio companies in realizing growth strategies in close cooperation with management teams
High responsibility from day one within a dynamic, flat hierarchy
Identification and assessment of investment opportunities through commercial and strategic evaluation as well as financial modelling
