Job Description Who we are looking for State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) - Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Program/Project Manager, Vice President to coordinate people and processes to ensure that Global Delivery Simplification projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.
What you will be responsible for
Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects
Coordinating cross-project activities
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
Apply change, risk and resource management
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Program/Project Management Office experience including agile/waterfall methodologies

Demonstrated experience working in an environment managing multiple, concurrent deliverables with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
Results-oriented ownership mentality and attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Clarity PPM tool would be helpful
Knowledge and familiarity with Global Delivery business and functions
Has existing working relationships with technology staff supporting Global Delivery Simplification
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
10+ years proven related experience in project or program management.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $167,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
