As a member of the Office of the CISO, Global cybersecurity team , you will be responsible for developing automated workflows and devising tooling strategies to facilitate process improvement initiatives across the function reporting to the Office of the CISO.
In this exciting position, the Process Automation & Tooling SME will demonstrate deep knowledge of current industry methods for evaluating, implementing, and improving and implementing new workflows and tools to automate processes.
The right candidate will have knowledge of Industry best practices as well as tools to support.
What you will be responsible for:
As the Process Automation & Tooling SME your role will involve:
Working closely with stakeholders to analyse core processes and workflows
Methodically examining the structure of processes including upstream and downstream dependencies, making decisions to determine fit for automation
Identifying opportunities for improvement
Performing process simulations
Providing process documentation and operating instructions

Have a high level of competence with tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Visio, Power Automate, Power BI, Jira, Tableau, Confluence

Be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team based environment
Have a broad based general technology mindset
Strong problem solving and systems thinking abilities understanding
7-10 years' experience with driving process improvement through workflow automation initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thrives working within a very fast-paced environment
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and certifications in any 1 or more as below is required:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
Minimum of 5 years of directly applicable experience in the design and implementation of process automation applications
Prior experience with technology risk management is a plus

Salary Range: $100,000 - $167,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
