You will take the lead in the execution of new deals as well as in the management of new portfolio companies
Identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities for the firm, significant responsibility for all aspects of the deal life cycle from origination to closing
Financial and market analysis and execution of all relevant due diligence workstreams
Acting as an ambassador for the firm and collaborating with management teams once investments are completed
Who we are looking for
Top level academic background
Strong transactional background from a strategy consultancy and buy side experience or relevant similar industry experience
Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to connect with management teams
Strong financial analysis skills and excellent commercial judgement
Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious approach, consistent with the rest of the team
