One of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors is looking to add a skilful and high-performing HR Assistant to their London team. As an integral member of this fund's core HR function, you will provide generalist HR support across the business. This will include acting as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related queries. As a priority, the HR Assistant will take full ownership on a broad range of operational tasks, as well as providing administrative support to the HR team as needed. Additionally, within this role you will gain exposure to the overall business, whilst working closely with a number of internal stakeholders.

Act as the first port of call for all employee queries
Take ownership of on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Provide generalist HR support across the business, UK and international
Build strong and trusting relationships with key internal stakeholders
Support key team projects and HR initiatives.
Who we are looking for
Generalist HR experience within the investment management, financial or professional services space
Knowledge of private equity would be advantageous
Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions
Strong knowledge of different Microsoft programmes and HR systems
A team player with a high level of independence, empathy and enthusiasm
