Title: Operational Risk Manager ( Dutch Speaking Role- must be fluent in Dutch)

Salary: EUR 75,000- EUR 95,000

I am representing a leading energy firm in Rotterdam with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. They are looking for an Operational Risk Manager to join their team and help them to continue to grow and succeed.

The role:

The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing risk management strategies and procedures
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks
• Monitoring and reporting on risk exposures
• Providing advice and guidance to the business on risk management issues
• Working with other risk professionals to ensure a comprehensive and effective risk management framework

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in operational risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
