What we are looking for Charles River continues to grow and is expanding our front-office and middle-office investment management solutions. The Project Manager, a member of the Program Management Office (PMO), will work with Product Management and Development to facilitate the delivery of Charles River feature and patch releases. A successful candidate will have experience in fintech, project and program management, and ideally have experience with Jira, build systems and an understanding of technology software release lifecycle.

What you are responsible for
Execute release process for CRIMS core releases including monitoring progress, escalating risks and
promoting team collaboration.
Coordinate patch releases including scheduling, packaging, and delivery on a weekly basis
Provide regular status reports to senior management and key stakeholders
Contribute towards creating and documenting best practices, collaborating with teams and
implementing these activities into the core development process
Prepare a variety of periodic and ad hoc reports for technical management and business groups
Identify and resolve impediments by collaborating with teams and stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science or similar discipline
Experience in software industry - Fintech is a plus
Understanding of Release Management
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), as well as good interpersonal skills
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexibility with schedule and ability to work beyond regular business hours

Salary Range: $90,000 - $142,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
