From embedding legal standards into operations to conducting investigations, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding our interests and reputation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the primary reporting mechanism for ethical concerns.
Conducting corporate investigations as needed.
Mitigating legal and regulatory risks through third-party due diligence.
Promoting ethical awareness via Ethics & Compliance Champions Network.
Managing risks associated with bribery, corruption, modern slavery, and human rights.
Ensuring awareness of conflicts of interest and appropriate management.
Your profile:
Proficiency in English and German is a must, and fluency in French is a plus(not necessary).
Possession of a Law Degree is required.
Prior experience in the Public Sector is preferred.
Ability to cultivate robust collaborative partnerships and offer precise guidance to managerial staff.
Proven track record in implementing effective compliance and ethics programs within sizable and intricate organizations. In-depth understanding of crucial compliance regulations and laws within European jurisdictions.
Relevant experience conducting investigations is essential.
Capacity to think strategically and harmonize long-term goals with immediate objectives.
Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with persuasive skills.
