Overview
Working closely with the Business, as a Compliance professionals ensure that our risk-based program is both globally effective and locally anchored to our key divisional businesses. As an independent and robust second level control function, the Compliance Department seeks to manage Compliance risk and deepen the Culture of Compliance at Deutsche Bank through the development and management of strategies that are sustainable and increase the trust of our clients. The Compliance Department protects the Bank by advising on ethical conduct, identifying regulatory solutions, safeguarding integrity and reputation, and promoting, in partnership with the Business, a culture of Compliance. Given the increasing regulatory scrutiny and the need to implement a robust and globally consistent control framework, an effective Compliance Risk Assessment function is a key component to the Department's success.

What You'll Do
Participate in the collection and mapping of contextual data for the Compliance Risk Assessment process, including rules and regulations, policies and procedures, controls, and findings
Participate in global User Acceptance Testing for Compliance Risk Assessment system improvements
Support Business Line and Infrastructure Compliance Officers throughout the Compliance Risk Assessment process, including performing quality assurance on Compliance Risk Assessment rationales, ratings and evidence provided
Develop project plans and track status of Compliance Risk Assessment throughout their lifecycle to ensure successful and timely completion
Prepare reports, heatmaps and presentations based on results of risk assessments, including annual Compliance Risk Assessment results and key metrics
Coordinate with additional stakeholders such as Controls Testing & Assurance, Non-Financial Risk Management, Group Audit, and other groups as necessary to support ongoing alignment and connectivity with respect to risk ratings, key contextual data, methodologies, and findings
Skills You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree, post-graduate a plus
Relevant experience in Compliance and/or Risk Assessments is preferred, although similar experience will be considered
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Highest standards of integrity and ethical judgment and experience in a complex organization working across multiple office locations is preferred
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Strong understanding of the various financial services laws, rules, regulations of one (or preferably several) of the global financial centers
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence others and engage senior stakeholders and foster collaboration among Compliance, the Business and other infrastructure functions
Action-oriented and delivery focused with a disciplined approach and an ability to be proactive, work under pressure, and within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy, showing initiative, and reacting quickly to changes in priorities
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $75,000 to $110,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
