We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our growing private equity team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment activities across the deal life-cycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and market research to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements, perform valuation modeling, and prepare investment memorandum to support investment recommendations.
• Participate in the due diligence process, including reviewing legal documents, conducting financial analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Assist with deal structuring and negotiation alongside senior team members.
• Maintain and update financial models and internal databases.
• Prepare presentations and other communication materials for internal and external audiences.
• Support portfolio company monitoring and reporting activities.
• Stay abreast of current market trends and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role (prior internship experience may be considered for exceptional candidates).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (proficiency in Excel is essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information concisely.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Teamwork mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
