Global Compliance Risk Lead - Human Capital Risk, Director (C15)
Reporting to the Global Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) Head of HR, Conduct Risk and Accountability Risk, the Human Capital Risk Lead manages multiple teams through other managers. An in-depth understanding of how own sub-function contributes to achieving the objectives of the function is required. A solid conceptual and practical understanding of Human Capital Risk is necessary, including but not limited to risk related to talent acquisition and management, diversity and discrimination, employee misconduct and employee concerns, workforce protections (privacy, health), and remuneration and rewards.
