Description Corporate Strategy & Business Development within CME Group shapes the strategic agenda of the corporation and advances business development initiatives in support of the strategic direction of the company. Corporate Strategy & Business Development works with senior leadership across departments (e.g. Sales, Business Line Management, Technology) and areas of focus (e.g. innovation) on identifying and understanding long-term threats and opportunities for the business, including M&A possibilities. The team provides strategy and business development leadership in evaluating and structuring business strategies, potential commercial partnerships, joint ventures and other mechanisms to support major corporate growth initiatives within their divisions.
