The purpose of this class is to create and administer educational programming and career training for adults with developmental and other disabilities, both on campus and in collaboration with state, county, and non-profit agencies.
Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences or related human services field preferred. Two (2) years' experience working with individuals with developmental and other disabilities and ability to create educational programing for the identical population required.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.

Coordinate a functional process within CASE.
Implement department programs and initiatives.
Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
Conduct and attend meetings, as required.
Supervise, advise, and evaluate assigned staff as required.
Prepare, analyze and provide reports on miscellaneous subjects, as requested.
Manage program expenses efficiently and economically.
Identify, access and analyze program data in the college's Banner and ConEd Supp system.
Develop new courses and course series.
Serve as a point of contact for the program
