Establish and review regularly the outsourcing management mechanism of the Group by referencing to Head Office and regulatory requirements.
Prepare regular management reports of the outsourcing management status.
Act as the major contact with local regulators for outsourcing related matters such as notification of material outsourcing / insourcing projects to HKMA.
Examine the due diligence materials for the readiness of launching of outsourcing activities.
Review policies and procedures, compliance manuals and provide advisory services to business/ support units about outsourcing management requirements in accordance with group management principles.
Conduct regular/ thematic compliance reviews related to outsourcing covering the Bank and other subsidiaries to identify possible risks, provide recommendations to address the control weakness and monitor the implementation progress of the remedial action(s).
Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and changes / developments of business and operations of the Group from outsourcing management & third-party dependency management perspectives.
Conduct training for staff to promote group outsourcing management requirements.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as per requests of management.
Degree or above with major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or other related discipline.
With 8 years or above banking experience and within which at least 5 years operational risk management experience or experience in outsourcing management.
Holder of Associate Operational Risk Management Professional (AORP) or Certified Operational Risk Management Professional (CORP) will be an advantage.
Knowledge in regulatory requirements (HKMA/SFC/IA) of outsourcing.
Attention to details, good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skill (including Cantonese, Mandarin, English) and report writing skill in Chinese and English.
