Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning and talent development strategies, solutions, and programs to enhance the capabilities and performance of our workforce.

Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning and talent development strategies, solutions, and programs to enhance the capabilities and performance of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and drive the organization's overall learning and talent development solutions to align with business goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to the Learning and Talent Development Solutions department, inspiring a high-performing and innovative team.
Learning and Development Solutions:
Lead a team that will design and implement a comprehensive suite of learning solutions, including training programs, leadership development initiatives, and employee development pathways.
Leverage emerging technologies and innovative approaches to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Workforce and Organizational Effectivess:
Working with the Talent Partners and the HRBP's determine future needs of the organization and architect programs and solutions to address building workforce capabilitie and organizational effectiveness.
Talent Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve for talent gaps, succession planning and leadership development needs.
Implement talent development programs and initiatives to grow a pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
Performance Consulting:
Partner with business units to conduct performance assessments, diagnose issues, and develop tailored learning solutions to address performance gaps.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent and development-related matters.
Measurement and Analytics:
Establish metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning and talent development initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine programs.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external learning and development vendors, including training providers, content creators, and technology partners.
Ensure the selection of high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
Budget Management:
Develop and oversee the department's budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and cost control.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of learning and talent development professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
