My client a Chinese securities firm is looking for an experienced equity research analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity research, with a focus on HK-listed consumer stocks, and international consumer discretionary and branded names.

• Conduct in-depth research on HK-listed consumer stocks and international consumer discretionary and branded names.
• Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and other relevant data to develop investment recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment recommendations.
• Write research reports and other investment-related content.
• Communicate investment recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.
• Attend industry conferences and other events to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in equity research, with a focus on HK-listed consumer stocks and international consumer discretionary and branded names.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools
