Overview
The Technology, Data, and Innovations (TDI) Americas CUSO Technology and Data Roadmap team supports TDI Senior Management to effectively run the region, provide local accountability, and provide governance / escalation for the Americas in line with the global TDI Objectives. This includes providing performance measures through dashboards, management reporting and indicators, as well as driving cost saving initiatives across TDI. As a PMO specialist on our team, you will work with areas from Risk, Finance Treasury; maintain the Deutsche Bank Clarity status report and underlying updates for the milestones within the Technology program under Rubicon - the Americas portfolio of all programs remediating outstanding enforcement actions, FRBNY MR(I)As and Provisions; monitor and create report for TDI stakeholders highlighting and reporting progress against Combined US Operations (CUSO) Technology and Data Roadmap Plan; coordinate the TDI Model Risk Management attestation process ensuring that signoffs and appropriate levels of attestation and trainings are completed on a quarterly basis; further the continuous improvement and development of the CUSO Technology and Data Roadmap reporting process; collaborate with the stakeholder's represented at the Americas Technology Milestone forum in understanding the current usage of Jira for Agile development and how it can be standardized and minimum requirements put in place in order to source this information as a supplement to the Deutsche Bank Clarity information in the existing Tableau dashboard; represent the Americas Regional Management interests at the US Group Agile Accelerator meetings and further the adoption of tools such as the Roadmap manager, etc, as applicable within the Milestone Forum's stakeholder population. This role will require strong understanding of technology, control, business analysis, and management skills.

What You'll Do
Daily activities include reconciling data and providing stakeholders with data to include in reports; updating Program management tools with relevant information; following up with stakeholders on timely reports and engaging in program plan updates; streamlining reporting efforts and managing project management disciplines such as risks, issues, change requests, dependencies
Ability to take projects from inception to completion; ability to translate medium to large sets of data into reporting presentations for senior management
Liaise with program / project managers, internal clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate as the Business/functional counterpart for solution identification; responsible for quality assurance of project deliverables
Consistent implementation of processes in the region and alignment to global framework
Skills You'll Need
Extensive experience in Financial Services with a strong understanding of Operations in either a Run the Bank (RTB) or Change the Bank (CTB) role. Experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Management, and Financial Services
The ability to comfortably work in a change environment that is not fully defined within a fast-paced environment
Self-Starter and the ability to structure deliverables and prioritize work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Proficiency in data governance tooling and technologies to effectively oversee and enforce data governance policies.
Demonstrated experience in implementing data governance processes, ideally within a data office environment.
PMP certification would help greatly in this role but not necessary
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $110,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
