DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President in New York, NY to lead projects impacting the specific business line, including IHC (Intermediate Holding Company) /Group projects (balance sheet optimization) and US Basel 3 project (RWA optimization). Requires a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience producing financial commentary and analyzing business performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for fixed income trading; planning and forecasting revenues, resources, liquidity/funding needs under Group (IFRS), Integrated holding company (IHC - US GAAP), and Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) financials; monitoring risk and PnL for fixed income trading desks, including investigating and resolving unsubstantiated breaks and potential financial exposure breaks and issues; reviewing month-end close process and financial statements to ensure the accurate representation of the balance sheet and income statements under IFRS, US GAAP and HGB financials; analyzing business, region and entities' revenues, costs and financial resources, including Capital Requirements Directive IV (CRDIV), Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) along with the IHC (Intermediate Holding Company) US Basel 3 RWA and Statutory Liquidity Ratio (SLR) reporting; providing monthly validation and analysis of the general ledger to MIS reported PnL, Capital and Balance sheet utilization via control forums focusing on the impact of upcoming regulatory pressures; performing attestations of quarterly controls, regulatory reports and reporting for complex disclosures; and validating transfer pricing flows, performing and validating CCAR and Base Erosion Anti-abuse Tax (BEAT) calculations for tax submissions.
