Who we are looking for As a Production Infrastructure Operations Support, you will support solutions in the VMC on AWS, public cloud (e.g., AWS or AZURE) using configuration provisioning and management tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Python APIs). You are required to support configuration templates that are used to provision infrastructure components (i.e., Azure or AWS) in a scalable manner. This also require to ensuring that solutions are performant and operational SLAs are maintained.be responsible to provide infra operational support for sensitive workloads within a cloud environment This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for As Production infrastructure Operations support engineer you will be responsible for: Support applications that enable business and operational requirements using cloud provider services Work with the team to support large scale enterprise integration patterns between our cloud environments and our on-premises services Will closely collaborate with engineering and application development leads to understand workload requirements and support them to the best leverage of cloud services, optimizing for performance and cost flexibility Work within a diverse and global team setting enabling the business as well as your team to succeed Serve as a client liaison and a point of escalation for internal and external customers Work with the engineering team on continuous service improvement focusing on automation and service standardization.
What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Expertise on Cloud VM, Containerization, Orchestration tooling and Server technologies, including management of services across a hybrid-cloud environment Expertise in Cloud DevOps specifically AWS or Azure Experience in infra operational support including having exposure to public cloud services and technologies Experience with supporting software-as-a-service (SaaS) and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) applications Build automated processes using well-known languages and frameworks such as PowerShell, CLI, python, YML, JSON, Puppet, Jenkins pipe-line, Terraform, Azure Templates, Cloud Formation Ability to do proof-of-concepts for server, storage, network, and security technologies to support the cloud infrastructure Expertise in a wide range of infrastructure related domain with a track record of large production grade service deployment and IT operations Experience with setup of Disaster Recovery and High Availability Hands on experience (L3) providing day to day public cloud operations Manage cloud platform day to day operations by utilizing monitoring, capacity and performance dashboards On call production support
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Equivalent work experience of 10 years in operations support and 4 to 5 years support in VMC on AWS, Azure or AWS Cloud Support
AWS or Azure certifications is a plus!
Knowledge of PowerShell, CLI, python, YML, JSON, Puppet, Jenkins pipe-line, Terraform, Azure Templates, Cloud Formation would be a plus.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $177,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
