Responsibilities:

- Execute SBL trades, primarily covering HK stocks and H-shares.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify profitable trading opportunities within the SBL market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor and manage risks associated with SBL trading, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and changes in regulations related to SBL trading.
- Work closely with middle office staff to ensure smooth trade settlement and operational processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as IT and operations, to enhance trading systems and infrastructure.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of trading strategies and initiatives.
- Keep accurate records of trades, transactions, and client interactions.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an SBL Trader or in a similar role within the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in SBL trading, specifically in HK stocks and H-shares.
- Proven track record of success in executing profitable trades and managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with wholesale business, equity financing, and client pitching.
- Experience in setting up and managing a trading desk is preferred.
