ETF Accelerator - Client Service - Vice President - New York

Goldman Sachs ETF Accelerator is a new digital platform that enables our institutional clients to quickly and efficiently launch, list, and manage their ETFs. We've designed our technology to scale and to provide our ETF infrastructure as a service to our clients, allowing them to focus their time and resources where it matters most - generating alpha and raising assets. The Role
We are seeking to recruit an individual to perform the Client Service function in support of the GS ETF Accelerator product offering. The Client Service team is responsible for Client Onboarding, Regulatory support, and Custody and Admin integration.
The candidate will have prior client service experience managing institutional clients with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service coupled with risk management within a new evolving team.
The ideal candidate will be integral to delivering for our clients every day while also partnering with Sales, Product and Engineering to build out the next generation capabilities in GS ETF Accelerator.
Key client-facing responsibilities will include managing strategic client relationships, exceptions resolution, handling of escalated client inquiries and most importantly - ensuring an exceptional client experience while growing a highly motivated team.
You will be responsible for the full front to back project management to onboard new clients and service existing clients to launch their ETFs. You will act as a liaison between the client and the broader GS organization and will be responsible for ensuring quality client service and best-in-class execution.
Basic Qualifications
6 to 8 years of work experience
Client service, onboarding or project management background
Relationship management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including creation of client-facing materials
Ability to lead meetings and present ideas to a group
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and desire for career advancement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in asset management industry, particularly with US regulated products such as mutual funds and ETFs
Familiarity with fund administration and custody
Experience managing an entire client lifecycle from sales to implementation / onboarding

Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
