Our team is responsible for building the next generation consumer investment platform to democratize and meaningfully expand reach of financial services to customers. You will join an empowered team of product managers, designers, and engineers willing to take on challenges and deliver on our goals and maximize customer value and impact.
We are looking for incredible people to lead product development as we continue to grow, scale and invent for our customers. Our product managers are deeply customer centric, focus on results and shine in an immensely collaborative team environment. You will drive strategy, tactics and delivery timelines for our investing products. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders across business, engineering, design, marketing and analytics teams to prioritize our roadmap and execute to deliver award winning customer experiences.
As Product Manager, you will:
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal & compliance, marketing, analytics and customer facing teams to identify and prioritize customer problems and solutions, and take products to market.
Define, scope and lead product initiatives that drive customer conversion, operational efficiency and/or business value.
Define success for the product areas you own and drive high quality deliverables and accountability with stakeholders through communication of a clear roadmap and rigorous documentation.
Become a product and domain expert - familiarize with the competitive landscape.
Join a driven community of product managers who are passionate about meaningfully expanding the reach of financial services and solutions to customers.
Product Experience. 3+ years of product management experience building and launching successful digital consumer products. Prior experience in the fintech industry preferred or strong understanding of the consumer banking and investing landscape.
Customer Obsessed. Strong product sense, using customer feedback and data to understand and prioritize user needs, develop insights, and define hypotheses.
Collaborative. Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners - engineering, design, marketing and analytics - and navigating executive stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives.
Exceptional Communication Skills. Ability to distill complex and technical concepts into concise narratives to drive alignment across stakeholders.
Results-oriented and Growth mindset. You model strong work ethic, integrity and leadership qualities as you continuously strive to contribute value to customers, the business and your team.
Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
