Procurement and Property Technology (PPT) is responsible for maintaining the applications and technology architecture that are used to support Deutsche Bank's Global Procurement and Global Real Estate functions. We are looking for a Technical Analyst to support and deliver software implementations and change projects for Global Real Estate (GRE), which includes Facilities Management, Data & Information Management, Real Estate Leasing, Smart Buildings, and Integration Workplace Management Solutions. A successful applicant would be part of an Agile team, responsible for evaluating requirements, designing, developing, and delivering significant components of engineering solutions to accomplish business goals efficiently and reliably. The key responsibilities of this role include active participation in the design of their solution components. You will ensure that solutions are fit for purpose, reliable, maintainable, and can be integrated successfully into the overall solution and environment with clear, robust, and well tested deployments.

What You'll Do
You'll work across multiple projects in Global Real Estate area to support technical delivery
Work with various stakeholders to coordinate technical delivery for Facilities Management, Data & Information Management, Real Estate Leasing, Smart Buildings, and Integration Workplace Management Solutions
Coordinate and participate in development and testing
Skills You'll Need
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience serving as the technical or functional Subject matter expertise (SME), implementing, and supporting various types of Information Technology (IT) systems
Experience in development and with development of Information Technology (IT) systems
Experience or knowledge of basic Networking concepts
Basic understanding of working with data integrations between applications
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Experience or knowledge of PropTech, including Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), Internet of Things (IoT), and Smart Buildings with experience working across infrastructure teams including networking, IT Security, and hardware teams as well as experience in the delivery of software implementation projects with a solid understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing principles and solid understanding of basic networking concepts and how technologies typically communicate across network topologies and systems at a large organization
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams with excellent documentation skills, experience in Business requirement documents (BRD), Epic and User Story writing, and process flows
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, manage tasks independently, and take ownership and responsibility
High critical thinking skills and ability to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy, while being a strong team player, able to work in global, virtual teams in a matrix organization and willing to learn new processes and tools
The team is global with resources in India, UK, and US, which occasionally requires flexible hours
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
