We're seeking future team members for our 2024 BNY Mellon Analyst Program - Engineering (Developer) with roles located in Pittsburgh, New York metro area and Lake Mary in hybrid positions.

BNY Mellon's 2024 BNY Mellon Analyst Program - Engineering aims to develop and retain high-potential entry-level technology professionals who are prepared and positioned to contribute to the successful execution of BNY Mellon's technology strategy and initiatives.
Developer
Provides application software development services or technical support in relatively straightforward projects. Understands and follows the Software Development Life Cycle. Prepares and executes test plan and test data and records test results.
Designs and codes programs. Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and revise programs as necessary. Documents installation and operating procedures.
Independently codes and then interfaces with senior level developers/architects to code, test and implement application programs
Program eligibility:
A recent college graduate or enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing a bachelor's degree or 4+1 program in computer science/engineering or a related technology discipline graduating by Summer 2024
Previous technology internship is a plus
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $75,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
