Part-time Lecturer, School of Business at Rutgers University-Camden (Real Estate) (Faculty)

The School of Business at Rutgers University-Camden is initiating new programming in Real Estate and seeks part-time lecturers to teach a variety of courses in this program, including (a) fundamentals of real estate, (b) real estate finance and investment, © innovations in real estate, (d) sustainable real estate, (e) real estate economics, and (f) real estate law. The teaching position is available starting in Spring 2023. Courses can be taught in various modalities including in-person at the Rutgers-Camden campus, online synchronous, or hybrid with some sessions offered in-person and others synchronously online.

The successful candidate is expected to prepare and submit a course syllabus, design and delivery of course materials during assigned course times, hold office hours, administer and adhere to grade submission policies and deadlines, and coordinate other requirements related to course instruction.

Masters degree preferred with professional certification accepted in some instances. A terminal degree (JD) may be preferred for some areas of teaching. Teaching experience and/or professional experience a must.
