Description:

Position Summary
This role will perform research related to Real Estate and teach one undergraduate course for the Real Estate department.

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct research independently and with real estate faculty.

Assist with grant activities regarding the Illinois Realtors project.

Teach one course for the Real Estate department.

Assist faculty in obtaining and managing large real estate datasets.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Ph.D. or ABD in real estate, finance, economics or related discipline.
• Research focused and interested in pursuing reseach projects.
• Ability to work with and manage large data.
• Ability and interest in working with Illinois realtor data.
