DB Market Risk Technology platforms utilise large-scale distributed computing capability and Big Data technologies to process over 600 billion scenario points a day for Market & Credit Risk metrics with dynamic aggregation capability across the raw scenarios to generate metrics such as VAR, Expected Potential Exposure and Portfolio Stress Scenario Metrics. New innovations provide self-service analytics and dashboarding capability to our clients through the form of a Python toolkit servicing over 500 risk and analytics users across the Bank.

As a QA engineer (m/f/x), you will be responsible for all the testing activities in the Scrum team.

Your key responsibilities

• Requirements analysis from quality assurance perspective and test cases design based on specifications and requirements.
• Plan and execute full set of test activities: create, maintain and execute automated tests, design and perform functional and non-functional testing
• Collecting test artefacts and metrics using existed QA standards.
• Collaboratively work with Dev/QA engineers within the Feature teams (Scrum team), Product Owner and Scrum Master.

Your skills and experiences

• Professional experience working in Quality Assurance (QA) area, test analysis skills, ability to design test cases using different test techniques.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• QA mindset, analytical skills and willingness to grow as a QA engineer.
• Understanding of Behaviour Driven Development and Test Driven Development approaches.
• Good knowledge of SQL and Unix commands. Hands on experience in any scripting language.
