Provide leadership, aligning legal and compliance strategies with the organisation's overall goals and objectives
Build and develop a high-performing legal and compliance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and growth opportunities
Conduct due diligence investigations and prepare legal opinions and reports regarding transactional matters
Participate in negotiations and assist in structuring and executing corporate transactions
Provide legal work required pre-Investment Committee, including term sheets, exclusivity agreements, and letters of interest
Stay up to date with changes in corporate laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization
Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable legal requirements
Review and implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with investment policies
Who we are looking for
Law degree and common law qualified
Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Proven ability to conduct due diligence investigations and prepare legal opinions and reports
Familiarity with Lux CSSF regulatory requirements is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
