What will you be doing?
Barclays Services LLC seeks Business Implementation Analyst II in Whippany, New Jersey (multiple positions available)
??? Support acquisition marketing in translating business strategies into campaign development, including Campaign Desktop (CDT) builds, technical Total System (TSYS) or FDR (First Data Resources) designs, as it pertains to acquisition campaign build ??? Negotiate with internal clients to translate business strategies into a viable technical design and create solid, actionable implementation plans ??? Maintain new product and feature development (pricing, account fees, transaction fees, etc.), new plastic, insert, card carrier or CMA (Card Mailer Agreement) builds as internal development or TSYS technical implementation, promotional programs (value proposition specific to awards, rebates, credits, and build on Internal Awards Applications) ??? Convert business strategies into technical Broadridge (Statement Print Vendor) designs, utilize front end GUI (Graphic User Interface) systems to define business rules and target various marketing promotions to implement on consumer and business card statements ??? Translate requirements into designs and solve complex IT design challenges to ensure the design is efficient, meets clients' needs, and aligns with Barclays standards ??? Develop test strategies for new software with software developers, automators, and other team members ??? Design and execute manual testing, including exploratory testing, ensuring traceability of testing across all layers of new software and test types, and managing test data ??? Work with the Quality Assurance organization to ensure established procedures, standards and processes are utilized consistently ??? May telecommute
What we're looking for:
??? Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Math, Statistics, or related field ??? 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
Alternatively we will accept:
??? Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Math, Statistics, or related field ??? 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
