Key Responsibilities: As an Associate-level member of the FPP team, you will play a vital role in achieving our core objectives, including:
- Assisting in the execution of key initiatives such as ICAAP and Recovery Planning, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Preparing presentation materials for NEHS Management Committee, NEHS Board Risk Committee, NEHS Board, and facilitating senior management sign-off.
- Supporting the preparation of materials for regulatory engagement, e.g., PRA / BoE Continuous Assessment materials and C-SREP.
- Assisting in reviewing and preparing ICAAP and Recovery Planning documents for submission to the PRA.
- Conducting ad-hoc capital analyses and providing cross-team support as needed.
- Coordinating and facilitating discussion meetings with cross-departmental subject matter experts.
Qualifications and Skills: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- Regulatory/financial services industry experience with a focus on prudential risk.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse large volumes of data from various sources and draw relevant conclusions.
- Prior experience with ICAAP and RRP is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate deliverables and people under tight timelines.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-scrutiny environment and collaborate with a wide range of internal/external stakeholders.
- Capability to work independently with minimal oversight and as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude.
