Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and impactful marketing analytics reports that drive strategic decisions.
Advanced Analytics Oversight: Monitor and interpret key performance indicators, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Use these insights to identify emerging trends, potential challenges, and areas ripe for optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior business stakeholders to review and dissect website and marketing performance. Your insights will be key in identifying opportunities and formulating strategic recommendations that align with organizational goals.
Optimization & Testing: Champion the implementation of A/B testing methodologies, leveraging them to diagnose performance gaps, refine user experiences, and enhance overall marketing workflows.
Technical Documentation: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive Q&A documents for newly implemented tags, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and facilitating smoother integrations.
Senior Collaboration: Forge strong collaborative ties with the Senior Enterprise Marketing Data Engineer and the Senior Web Analytics Specialist. Your collective expertise will be pivotal in aligning insights, strategies, and ensuring a cohesive approach to marketing analytics across the enterprise.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, business, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams and crafting data-driven strategies that drive organizational success.
Demonstrated ability to monitor, interpret, and act upon key performance indicators and insights, ensuring marketing strategies are not just effective but exemplary.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a history of forging strong relationships with senior business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
Proven capability in overseeing and guiding A/B testing methodologies and analysis, ensuring marketing strategies are continually refined and optimized.
While deep technical expertise isn't the primary focus, an ability to oversee the preparation of comprehensive documentation for implemented strategies and tools is essential.
A history of effective collaboration with senior figures in marketing and analytics, ensuring a cohesive and aligned approach to marketing strategies.
An innate ability to articulate complex concepts in a manner that's easily digestible for non-technical audiences. Your communication skills will be pivotal when presenting findings and insights to senior stakeholders.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Analytics Platforms: While hands-on expertise isn't a primary requirement, familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Real-time CDP will be beneficial.
Optimization Tools: Experience or familiarity with tools that aid in optimization and testing, such as Google Optimize or Adobe Target.
Visualization Tools: Knowledge of platforms like Power BI, not for hands-on use, but to understand and guide the presentation of data in a visually compelling manner.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 to $143,800.00. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
