The Role

• Primary goal is developing high quality predictive signals.
• Leverage large, diversified extensive datasets to identify statistical patterns and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with peers, exchanging findings, methods, datasets, and procedures.
• Integrate signals and related datasets into the worldwide execution system.
• Track signal performance and model behavior over time.
• You'll oversee the entire strategy research cycle, from signal creation to execution.

The Candidate

• Advanced degree in quantitative disciplines like data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering.
• Valuable expertise in statistics, machine learning, NLP, or AI is advantageous.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in coding using at least one leading programming language (Python, R, Matlab, and/or C++, C#).
• Experience in exploring large datasets spanning various time frames is beneficial.
• Curiosity to explore new datasets, tackle intricate challenges, foster innovation, and connect multiple, diverse fields.
• Self-sufficiency in collaborative and collegial environments.
• Effective communication with technologists, data scientists, and traders worldwide.
• Proven history of delivering successful systematic strategies.
