Based in Winchester House, this role involves all aspects of Compliance work for Deutsche Bank Private Bank Chief Investment Office (CIO) and client marketing communications globally, including advice, advocacy, product/service review and approval, regional coordination, training, partnering with other Compliance functions on surveillance & monitoring controls as part of our comprehensive program for Compliance risk management. You will lead the creation and maintenance of global, regional and local policies, standards and procedures for investment strategy publications and other client communications.
The Private Bank (PB) division of Deutsche Bank comprises all the retail businesses of the Private Bank.

Your key responsibilities
Provide compliance coverage for the CIO, Discretionary Investment Solutions and Sustainability teams
Senior Compliance leader responsible for governance and standards related to client communications and marketing, especially as they relate to topics of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and Sustainability
Provide leadership on new initiatives and projects globally with a focus on adherence to compliance standards, global consistency, and risk mitigation
Represent Compliance on Management and Governance forums and act as a recognised point of escalation
Provide periodic reports and updates regarding Compliance issues to Global Compliance Management, Regional management and the Business
Assisting the business in establishing its policies and procedures and Key Operating Procedures to avoid regulatory and reputational risk; Provide leadership for training curriculum on content standards
Your skills and experience
Industry knowledge: A broad understanding of the wealth management industry, including key service offerings (wealth planning, investment advice, investment management, banking and lending)
Product Knowledge: Wealth management product knowledge including regulated and unregulated collective investment schemes, equities, fixed income, derivatives and structured products
Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of wealth management regulation, MiFID and rules regarding retail distribution review, suitability, treating customers fairly and conduct of business rules with respect to both investment advice and discretionary investment management
Management Skills: Experience in successfully directing, managing and motivating a team with the ability to communicate confidently
Interpersonal Skills to include self-motivation and initiative taking; unquestionable integrity; ability to build understanding and trust; strong teamwork, communication (both written & oral), presentation and influencing skills; analytical skills
