A Senior Credit Portfolio Manager for State Street Sydney Branch. Responsible for managing portfolio of Australian Dollar denominated bonds (RMBS and Corporate Bonds). Research, portfolio construction and trade execution on Credit securities.
Act as back-up for trade execution and portfolio management for Rates portfolio of Australian Government Bonds, Semi-Government Bonds, Supranational and Agency bonds.
Oversee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Australian Prudential Standard 210 - Liquidity, issued by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority. Proactively manage stock of HQLA for regulatory compliance
Work closely with Enterprise Risk Management to ensure robust control environment for Treasury function.
A member of Sydney branch management forums including Branch Risk Management Committee
A liability trader and as First Line of Defense for Sydney Treasury, responsible for managing liquidity and funding requirements of Sydney branch and ensuring daily compliance with various internal and regulatory policies, limits and metrics.
Involvement in pricing decisions as Treasury delegate for State Street Pricing Committee. Build collaborative relationships with balance sheet consumptive business lines to enable effective forecasting.
Business Continuity representative for Global Treasury Sydney.
Provide timely update to regional and international team, especially regarding changes in jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements.
