Responsibilities:
Assisting the team to carry out Risk Control and Management Program in the company
Preparing recurrent and ad-hoc risk reports (e.g. Internal reports on risk analytics, presentations to risk committees, senior management and regulators)
Developing, maintaining and further implementing risk analytics monitoring and reporting tools
Performing regular and ad-hoc risk analysis and stress-testing
Supporting individual requests and work in projects related to risk management topics. Performing risk assessment and provide recommendations for to-be-launched or launched products
Review fund document and agreement on risk disclosures and other risk management related issues
Coordinate and provide clerical support to risk-related meetings and committees
Bringing new insights to the team and apply innovation to improve all aspects of the role
Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Degree or above with major in Finance, Risk Management, Law or related disciplines
At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in asset management or banking industry
Good understanding and knowledge of economy, law, finance, financial management, and be familiar with economic and financial laws and regulations and policies
Good communication skills, good comprehensive analysis, coordination and negotiation ability
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
