The Early Career Talent Partner is responsible for sourcing & recruiting interns & future college graduates from college campuses as well as various online platforms and partners. They will support the development & execution of internship programs as well as develop new and enhance current college relationships to attract the best students for early career roles. As a growing and evolving team we are always looking at how to improve our processes and make them more efficient. As a an Early Careers Talent Partner on the team we look to you to have a voice and share ideas and recommendations.
Proactively build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using creative sourcing methods to engage top talent.
Support the design and implementation of internship programs with our Early Career Program Manager that meet the needs of the business and are attractive to early career candidates; facilitate training for hiring managers, welcome luncheons, and social opportunities for interns and stakeholders to connect and establish rapport.
Identify colleges and universities that will best meet needs for the future and evaluate existing relationships for efficiency and effectiveness
Organize and staff on-campus recruiting efforts; participate in presentations, info sessions, and career fairs on college and university campuses; engage with career development offices and students to raise awareness of SGWS employer value proposition
What We're Looking For:
An inquisitive, confident, and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working alone, but also enjoys being part of a dynamic, high-performing global team. Someone who pays close attention to detail and is adept at prioritizing and managing competing interests and has strong communication skills.
Bachelor's degree plus 2-5 years of working experience in a university/campus recruiting role.
Autonomous, self-starter who can perform in a dynamic and fluid environment with a strong ability to work with a team and build relationships throughout the organization.
Experience with common recruiting technology; Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMs, Taleo, etc.) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, HireVue, etc.) preferred
Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel).
Passion and care for the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
What We Offer Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated starting base salary for this position is $62,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
