As a Barclays Delphi AVP Transformation Program Manager, you will work with Programme and Project managers, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, operations users, technology teams and project teams. You will have the opportunity to plan, manage and co-ordinate the Operational Readiness work stream to deliver a best-in-class lending break management platform.

What will you be doing?
??? Driving the execution of operations and technology agenda, procedures, risk & control, training, and business process alignment ??? Supporting the enabling of changes to the Operations Teams and identify, track, and implement lessons learned to future deliveries ??? Liaising with other groups including technology, operations, finance, and others to form partnerships within and outside the immediate team ??? Ensuring mutual responsibilities and smooth execution of the change effort ??? Carrying our culture by always promoting our Values, keeping the client at the centre of everything we do and for developing strategy to complement our balanced scorecard ??? Ensuring appropriate governance of functions, risks and plans to ensure that managers are continually challenged in the right way to make significant and sustainable improvements ??? Creating and executing ambitious strategies whilst working inclusively with business and infrastructure partners ??? Displaying an ability to work within a wider project team as an SME and key partner
What we're looking for:
??? Experience in the Wholesale Lending Operations team ??? Experience within a global organization and experience of transformation through technology delivery ??? Prior experience on a commercial Loan platform (preferably ACBS and/or Loan IQ) ??? Knowledge on Operational reconciliation activities in a lending business environment
