Your Impact The role offers a unique opportunity to work in local IT team supporting the Goldman Sachs TFI office and employees in Warsaw, Poland. The roles gives you an opportunity to be a member of local IT team supporting the end users, providing maintenance of the applications, assuring the compliance with local regulations related to IT & cybersecurity management as well as implementing the latest technology solutions. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be working locally in Warsaw office of Goldman Sachs TFI. Responsibilities and Qualifications How you will fulfil your potential Your area of responsibilities will include:
IT support for end-users incl. incidents and problems management in close collaboration with group IT support functions, maintaining local IT architecture and solving local network, application and telecommunication problems, routing problems and tasks to appropriate support functions within the organization
Administration of CMDB and users' access lists and permissions, provide liaison with external vendors
Ensuring IT processes and procedures are followed incl. review and evaluation of their compliance with group standards, Polish regulations related to IT guidelines for financial sector and best practices
Providing oversight and assurance of IT governance, cybersecurity and cloud requirements are compliant with Polish regulatory and group level guidelines
Conducting IT security reviews of external vendors' solutions for their conformance with group policies, Polish related regulations and best practices
Supporting business projects from IT perspective - data analysis, technical requirements definition, quality and cybersecurity assurance (incl. coordination and management over penetration and security tests and risks assessments)
Continuous reviewing local IT processes and services - ensuring the right quality of services.
Skills and experience we are looking for
Higher technical education - preferred: cybersecurity, IT, telecommunications or related technical faculties
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial sector institution on Polish market
Knowledge and experience related to IT Guidelines as well as Cloud Guidelines for financial sector issues by KNF would be a strong advantage
Experience in information security risk assessment, GDPR/privacy and cloud processing risk analysis
Experience working with information and cyber security risk management frameworks and threat management frameworks (e.g. ISO27001)
Technical aptitude and skills, analytical and interpersonal skills, self-reliance
Being proactive in relationships with local customers as well as global technology experts - able to recognise the needs, problems, and opportunities related to local IT
Proficiency in English and Polish - daily collaboration with international team members as well as local vendors and regulatory bodies representatives
