About our client

We are working with a high-growth real estate debt investor backed by some of the world's largest institutional investors. Their highly experienced team has funded over ??2bn of developments and are currently funding the construction of over 10,000 homes across the UK. They are seeking an Investor Relations Professional to join the Head of Investor Relations in identifying and engaging with existing and prospective investors to raise capital. What the job involves

You will be responsible for raising capital from UK institutional investors. Proactively building upon your existing network. Prior real estate experience is not a pre-requisite, however, experience raising capital and/or interacting with institutional investors is a must.

  • Identifying and engaging with prospective investors to raise capital
  • Creating and updating marketing materials (investor pitchbooks and proposals, introductory materials, PPMs, DDQs, etc.)
  • Project manage the closing of new funds including documentation and structuring
  • Work with the lending team to identify new business development opportunities
  • Assisting investors with ad hoc requests and queries
  • Maintain database of prospective investors in CRM
Who we are looking for

  • Educated to degree level with recent private markets experience plus prior experience fundraising from institutional investors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to independently multi-task, prioritise deliverables, and manage / meet multiple deadlines in a detail-oriented environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
